Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete it in the app

This is the fastest way, and it works entirely on your own — no waiting on us.

1. Open Absolutely Flocked and go to You → Settings.
2. Tap Delete Account near the bottom of the page.
3. Confirm your password (or re-sign in with Google, if that's how you signed up).
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete My Account.

This permanently deletes every sighting and photo you've logged, your dex progress, streak, and achievements, your leaderboard standing in every region, and removes you from your friends' friends lists. There's no undo — not even on our end.

If you have Flock Pass: deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Apple and Google don't give us a way to cancel it for you, so you'll keep being charged until you cancel it yourself, first, from your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play).

Option 2: Request deletion by email

Don't have the app installed, or can't sign in? Email support@absolutelyflocked.com from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. Include the display name or email on the account so we can find it. We'll confirm once it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Every sighting you've logged, including photos
• Your regional dex progress, streak, and achievement badges
• Your leaderboard entries, in every region you've played in
• Your friends list (removed from your friends' lists too)

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Flock Pass subscription — see above.
